| 洞庭犹在目，青草续为名。 |
| Lake Dongting is still in my eyes, “Green Grass” is its name as we continue on. |
| 宿桨依农事，邮签报水程。 |
| Overnight oars beside farming work, the post station notice tells the stages of the water journey. |
| 寒冰争倚薄，云月递微明。 |
| Cold ice floes compete to draw near, cloudy moon alternately faint then bright. |
| 湖雁双双起，人来故北征。 |
| Lake geese rise in pair after pair, when someone comes, on purpose they fare on north. |
学习笔记：
1. 宿: spending the night.
原来“宿”是动词😥
又原来“宿青草湖”应该读成“宿_青草湖”, 而不是“宿青_草湖”😥😥。
2. 犹在目: still in my eyes.
3. 农事: farming work, 记住: work这里取单数。依: beside
4. 递微明: alternately faint then bright.
5. 双双起: rise pair after pair.
6. 故北征: on purpose they fare on north. Fare: proceed or get along.
I just love the simplicity and brevity of the Chinese characters in these lovely poems. They never fail to awe. I never have enough of their beauty.
